Our farmers maintain the highest level of quality control over food, water, temperature and light. This environment provides optimal conditions for the production of safe, fresh and high quality eggs. Our quality control unit inspects each charge which is delivered to our packing station. Several checks are performed to ensure the eggs are fresh, have a solid eggshell and the required quality.The quality report is saved in our specially designed administration program.

Eggs that don't fulfil our quality requirements are automatically rejected. Accepted eggs are sorted by their weight and labelled with barcode with all the information about their origin, production date, time spent in storage, type and class.
